Nutraceuticals are food or components of food with demonstrated health benefits and are often used for the prevention or treatment of diseases.  There are a number of nutraceuticals that can support the implementation of dietary changes and improve well-being

For calm and sleep promotion consider passionflower, lemon balm, camomile, valerian, ashwagandha, magnesium glycinate/bisglycinate or taurate, glycine, zinc, saffron, GABA, and L-theanine.

To support mood, consider zinc, inositol, magnesium glycinate/bisglycinate or taurate, and ashwagandha.
