Honest to Goodness - not everything they sell is low carb however, they have some good quality items on your shopping list.
Mingle Seasonings - Great real food seasonings some are available at Woolworths and Coles.
Low Carb Emporium - They have some good options and ideas however, be aware this isn’t all ‘real food’ - if foods are packaged, try to select options with ingredients that are recognised as ‘real foods’ such as almonds or coconut. It may be wise to choose packaged foods that have <5 ingredients. Check the macronutrients and pay attention to the carbohydrate content. Aim for <6g carbohydrates/100g.
